Oh, crankshaft, you need a pistion-stop tool that threads into the glow plug hole and will lock the crank using the piston without hurting it, and that should let you remove the clutch nut with a socket. (or use pliers or vicegrips if its stripped)

Most any other way will damage the engine is some way as far as I know...
