I'll kick in my two cents and let everyone else come in with the details.

I get the plane on a downline... then give full left aileron to get it spining... then once it is spinning nice and fast I push full down elevator and full left rudder at the same time. I'm also starting to throttle up at this point. Depending on the plane and setup... this can be from full throttle all the way down to 1/4 throttle or less.
