Since you are going negative (down elevator) the aileron and elevator have to be crossed. Right aileron/left rudder or right rudder/left aileron to snap or spin inverted. Once the spin is going then you can or may need to slowly reverse the aileron input to flatten it out. Some planes need it more than others. I have a 30% Giles that doesnt need the right aileron very much at all to flatten it out in a blender.
