Go to the first page of your program mixes. Mix one should be a negative percentage ( -75%)
Mix two should be a positive percentage (+75%). This should make both of them move the same. If they are that way already then change one of them from - to +.
Now if you want the AILE to go down to land then up to stop the plane that is a little more difficult. I would recommend using one of the three position switches. Change the switch on the first two mixes from E to one of the three position switches on the right. At the bottom set it so down is ACT and center and up is off. Then you will have to set up two more mixes and use the up position of the three position switch to set the AILE to go up.
It would be easier to do it manually after you land. After the plane touches down you could just reach up and turn the knob the other way. You would jast have to double check your flaps before you flew again.
