I have my frontend suspension off in 1 assembly as I'm getting a Alum front bulkhead and alum knuckels. I already have the alum "C" hubs and I'm using brass bushings instead of the nylon ones supplied with the GPM hubs. Looking at sometime Saterday to put it all together, if you still have a problem by then I'll let you know if I have simular prob's or not.
