Don't glue them...they need to be able to pivot n case they strike something. This helps reduce damage to the main shaft and gear train.

Most helis... the blades pivot relatively easilly. The inertia (centrifugal force is really inertia) of the blades auto-aligns them with the head when the rotor is at speed. No big deal if they seem to pivot some as the head slows. Add throttle, things will line back up on thier own.
