No gas powered anything allowed, but you MIGHT get away with a small electric seaplane. The pond is hemmed in by trees on all sides, though, and it's not that big for flying. You might run into problems with the Hawk Watchers, though(it;s a long story!) and the waterfowl...
I'm thinking Hydro-Foam......
Not a crazy idea at all!
I tell you, though, better not disturb the ducks and such. More duck fans there than model airplane fans.
But a Hydro-foam would be a way of maybe sneaking in some flying....
