When I lived in NYC all my RC's, cars and aircraft, were stored at my parents house on LI... While it sounds like a nice idea, how much interest would there really be and you'd definitely need barriers to keep the NY'ers from wandering across the field... I've seen people move police barriers around a crime scene because it was in their way... Good Luck....
