What I'm seeing is they didn't fix problems with the X specifically...but Savage problems in general. I would like to see aluminum clutch shoes included with the truck...but hell, they're only $20. Way to go HPI, and I'll be getting one o' these suckers as soon as I can afford it...unless you wanna take a very nice, hopped up X in trade

Oh and Grav, the nose support for the crankcase is most likely to prevent broken crankcases from inverted landings. what happens with the old style engine mount is on an inverted landing, the engine tilts forward (in extreme cases) and snaps off the crankcase mounting ears. not a good thing. This will be the first new-style upgrade my X sees.
