Have you tried changing the angle of the motors so the props point down a little? You could try changing the angle of attack of the wing, too.

I believe I've got it about as good as I can get it. I'll try some more adjustments but
I think the problem with the foam is that I can't get the same type of airfoil that I can
get with the built up balsa wings. The thickest part of the airfoil on the foam is 4mm
while the thickest part of the airfoil on my balsa wings is 11mm. That may mean more
drag but that also translates into more lift.
