A comment about your ignition battery placement if I may. It's generally a rare day the the ignition battery will actually be attched to the outdside forwall for a couple of reasons. One you have already discovered and that's space. Another is for balance purposes, and the last is generally due to more heat than you would desire for the battery.
Thanks for the addition of your final weight. That was something I had been curious about when using a gasser instead of a glow engine. I left glow behind me a few years ago and have no desire to ever look back, so knowing that a gas engine will mount up ok and not substantially increase the wing loading is good information to have.
