Check to make sure that the aileron control bars and linkages are not hitting the wood of the frame.

I was having a slow roll rate problem with a couple of the Ultimate 40S's (I have FOUR of them now... ) and it turned out that this was the case with these.

A little bending of the control wire/bars was all that was needed to get the roll rates back to normal.
