As for which yours uses, look at your transmitter. If you don't see "PCM" anywhere, then you're limited to the FM (non-PCM) receiver, and need not worry about the difference.

If you see "PCM" on your transmitter, then you can choose either. In your case, I would recommend the Non-PCM receiver.
