I have some CHEAP humpbacks that are over 5 years old that work fine. I have replaced a few in the last couple of months as I figured I got 5 years out of a $8 to $10 hump pack no sense pushing it. I all so discharge them after each day of use but not totally. Matter of fact the people that make the packs say I charger them at 1.5 amps but I normally charge them at about 1.2 amps. Yes they charge in 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
For my TX I use AA batteries that charge in 15 minutes. But that is 4 at a time so it takes about ½ hour or a little more to do all 8.

There are all sorts of charges that will work but you have to figure out how much you want to spend and how fast do you want it to charge.
This is what I use for just about all my batteries. Takes me about and hour to charge my receiver pack.
