...Rule of radio interference. Closer Watt/proximity ratio controls receiver. In other words, whoever is closer to the plane controls it even though there is another transmitter with the same requency. ......
Ice Fun,
See, this is part of the problem here. You think you know what you are talking about, but instead what you say comes out sounding foolish. I can assure you that this statement is 100% absolutely false. If you are flying a plane and somebody a mile aways turns on their radio on the same frequency I can tell you for sure that you ARE NOT going to retain control of that airplane. The result will be that you will lose complete control and the plane is going to crash. Whoever told you that has mislead you.

Once again, I'll make this statement. Everybody here isn't trying to discourage you from flying, but rather they are trying to help you. What you want to do is a recipe for disaster and everybody is trying to help you avoid a lot of heartache, and a lot of financial loss. The experienced modelers that contribute in this forum do it because they have a true desire to help other get into this hobby that they love so much. Nobody (and I repeat NOBODY) comes here so that they can "boss somebody around" or "give a kid a hard time". They are giving you the same exact advice that they have given to hundreds of people (of all ages) before you. This is America of course and you are free to do as you wish, you don't have to follow any of the advice you receive in here. You can do whatever you please. But please know this, when somebody continually asks for advise and ignores it most people will simply quit giving advice to that person. That's just common sense, there are a lot of people out there that are seeking help and nobody is going to waste time trying to help somebody that doesn't want to listen to what they are being told. I do wish you lots of luck in your pursuits, because at the rate you are going you are going to need it.
