Warm air will get rid of the bubbles almost instantly. Even your warm breath will do it. Can't remember where I learned that trick but it works. Try it!
Possible, as higher temp will lower the epoxy viscosity and bubbles will tend to travel to the surface faster. Well, try to prevent it first. Word of caution though, with higher temp, the curing time is shortened.........
