Hello Herb and all. On the subject of hinges, I've been using coro-plast, like you would for a spad. I cut the desired size, remove one side of one flute, and cut it in like any other hinge. Since I did mine full lenght, I just ran it over my table saw to cut the groves, very simple and SOOOOO strong!
