Well, KEEEERRRAAAAAPPPP! I just laboriously typed out a message to you and evidently lost it! I HAVE had several exchanges with Matt Clement at OSU about getting a set of his cables, and am looking for something which will run Cockpit Master as well as FMS.
I DID have a burr under my saddle blanket about some comments in the "FMS Rocks!" thread by "12 Fly" or something directed to "BlueSky" who has two earned PHD's as well as undergrad and Master's degrees in some very arcane (to ME, but then I know notheeeeng! :- )) engineering areas, as well as teaching and research experience both round the US and in Russia.
It seemed to me the 12 guy was making unseemly personal attacks on "BlueSky", and that the latter was one very classy person. I'm sure he didn't need MY puny defense, but it seemed right to say something. I don't know how the two threads got tangled, but they evidently did. Sorry! Glen Priest
