I have a rush evo with a t-15 engine in. when i try and start it the pull starter is very stiff. I took the glow plug off and pulled on the pull starter and tipped it upside down but only a few drops of petrol came out so it is still flooded! is there a different way of unflooding it or is it something else all together please help
