I understand but I know how to tune and do not have a problem with my pull starters. I am slowly switching over to starter box on some of mine as I race and the weight of the stater and the friction of the one way bearing cuts down on performance.

My recommendation would be hang around some one that can show you how to tune as you need to learn no matter what type of starter you use.
