Those cells will work fine. I'm not sure on the weight though. They are a bit heavier. The stock AA is 3.75gm. But it will negate having to use a nose weight. Good trade off.
It will take a little longer to charge. The Rx will only draw (ma's) what it needs so you'll get longer flight times.
