RE: Air Hogs Aero Ace!
hey nitrocharged...
Thats some thinking on your toes there man... Ive taken apart transmitters and done my own modifications before so i might have to look over what you got going on there on page 8. My question is do the motors always run now or stay off and them right stick turns left motor on with power off? and vice-versa... Thats smooth man, I can admire another beeing of intelligence.
A long time ago when I was 14-15 I only had am radios because fm cost a little more.. and I wanted to learn how to fly so I bought another christal on the same channel and just ran a junction wire to transfer battery power from one radio to the next.. Like a buddy box. It worked and I was proud because the normal buddy box systems have like 5 or 6 wires and I only needed two. There was also a time my freshman year in highschool when I was designing planes and flying them..after spending a few hundred bucks on a hotrod 40 size plane with a doubble tapered wing, I was unsure if I had the M.A.C figured out right and the CG right so i took a half page math problem to my pre-cal teacher, my algebra teacher and my math models teacher, with the formulas on finding the proper cg, and all the dementions of tip cord, root cord and M.A.C and how it was supposed to be figured with this and that, nose moments, tail moments and weight.. long story short all three teachers chrashed my airplane because none of them had the same answer nor the same answer as me.. To test myself i took a shot in the dark and flew it and it turned out that I needed about 20 bbs in the nose end and it flew like a dream. Anyways, I like your idea man and im gonna have to try it...
