RE: Air Hogs Aero Ace!
Nat, Go a couple of pages back, and you'll find winglets and an explanation of how to set up canards.
I took one of the charge umbilicals apart just now, I know I said I would do that on Friday, but I had to see if I could find my local SMD soldering guy. Anyway, it is a standard microplug with out the inner tongue or spring. So after a while the metal either bends or is worn away. Two options come to mind to solve this: 1. try and shim the connector with a little piece of foil, 2. carefully remove the outher housing(I used small flushcut nippers) then remove each wire, one at a time, massage it a little smaller and re-insert it into the original plug. The best case would be finding this connector built for mobile use. These connectors have the tongue and are designed to give a little and maintain positive contact.
For those of you who know what boscovs is, thats where I found my first plane, and last I checked they were still selling them. Decent price as well. Tim
