Regarding the Spectrum Voltage Protector capacitor type thing you plug into an open receiver slot - is that good for any brand receiver? I have a futaba I'd like to plug this in on. It's a cheap thing to add to help eliminate a frustrating issue, so it seems way worth it to me.
Thanks!
It is "made" by spektrum, but I am sure you can use it with any other brand. Capacitors arent "brand sensitive". Spektrum's cap is RC friendly and has connectors on it already. Other than that, you would have to go to radioshack, figure out what a "Faraday" is, and solder on your own connector for your receiver. Pain in the neck (did that b4 I found the Spektrum cap). Either way, problem solved.
