Don't listen to these idiots, Traxxas trucks are the best for bashing.
ORIGINAL: xtmman

get a different car.
Traxxas are not the best trucks for bashing, they are very good beginner trucks for that certain region of trucks(like MT,ST). They are better beginners because parts are easy to find and they wont cost an arm and a leg. AE has one the best bashing/racing trucks, because it can be used both ways. From my Traxxas experience, you have to get alot of RPM products to make a nice and hardcore bashing truck. Now i dont hardcore bach, but sometimes i get the urge to do it, and my RPM a-arms,etc..hold up with no problem. Back to the topic i would just tell you be carefull, break the engine in in a spacious place. Make sure there arent any cars there. After breaking the engine in get used to the truck before you go bash the crap out of it. Also dont forget to after run oil your engine, that way your engine will not rust. BTW what Jato are you getting? 3.3?
Lets not start this again

I say get whatever you want - no matter what you get the chances are theres someone in this forum that has one to help you out
