I hope you like the lessons in FS One. They were a lot of fun to do. Yes, the stick positions are shown as well as a running narration of whats going on. There are a series of lessons on snap rolls which is kinda like a real time version of the "Art of the Snap Roll" article I wrote last year. I also did a lesson on the snapping circle and knife edge slide. Quique did one on his rolling harier vertical 8. There are more as well, but my memory is bad at the moment.
