I have just completed a review in the VMAR RV-4 and my overall opinion is that their very heavy. Different type of balsa perhaps. Hardwear like the screws that hold the hatches and the clevis's are virtually unuseable. Great looking though, and I do like the polycoat covering with the graphics printed intp it. The plane flys heavy too, lands pretty hot. Still, it's a pretty acurate semi-scale rendition of the full scale RV-4.
Bottom line is, would I buy one?
Nope, not untill VMAR can build in "lightness" to thier product line.

Just my opinion, use it if you like.
