I'm new to RC and learing on the Tower Trainer myself. I was drawn to the to the TT primarily because of the detailed instructions and apparent ease to put everything together. I did have help converting it to a tail dragger, however this is a very easy kit to adapt. IMHO it is a great ARF to get your feet wet in the hobby. While I didn't photo-journal my build, feel free to post here or PM me if you got any questions.

I've been out with my instructor several times, and he keeps remarking how good a flier this plane is. Docile when you need it to be, but capable of a few aerobatics. I put a .46 in mine - what engine did you go with?
