Sorry, did not see your question the first time around... I used velcro, its easy to put on, it holds very well, the plane would come apart before the camera would come off, but I can still very carefully "peel" the unit off if I need to do some work on it, or even if I want to fly the plane without the camera. Got it from Wallmart, 6 feet heavy duty velcro for 5 bucks in the crafts department.
