I've had to rebuild my electric RTF plenty of times so now I'm pretty experienced with that, but I know that these more complex/realistic planes require a whole other level of expertise and experience. I really think(or hope at least) that I'll have less crashings and softer landings since I'll be flying with an RC club and now have the flight time under my belt. I guess it didn't help that I began flying in heavy winds and populated areas. Now that I'm smarter about when/where to fly, I haven't had any crashes and haven't had to fix anything on my current electric rtf.
