After reading about heavy rudders and cracking hinge material
I decided to built the new one. I went with a built up rudder
instead of a foam core (it was just easier for me).

I had purchased CHP control horns and ended up having
to angle them in a little to make the pivot over the hing
line.

Once everything is covered I think it will look nice.
The rudder came out at 1.7 oz.
