For a point of reference. The stock AA produces 5-6gm of thrust(each wing) at max power. The lower current motors produce 1.5gm of thrust at max power. So, if everythings right, 2 low current motors would be 3gm of thrust(each wing) at full power flying like a stock AA at just above 1/2 throttle pulling less power.
Sounds like they are perfect for your project as full power would be reduced proportionally across the range. AA's fly well at 1/2 throttle. A setup like that would be gentler to control.
