If you are really "mad" on the F-22 and want it ARF and ducted fan powered, the only one I know to exist is the Christen Diffusion F-22. It may be purchased as a kit or fully built and it was specifically designed for Ramtec/O.S. 91 DF engine power combo. Today also exist a turbine version and I remember reading a few threads on it here on RCU.

Anyway be ready for important prices, nothing to do with propeller driven ARFs. Regarding the F-18, and as stated previously, the only one available is that from Yellow Aircraft (available on order only, as far as I know). Then, you have a full composite one from Germany originally designed for twin EDF propulsion and it should be your task to modify it to glow DF, something not recomended if totally new to ducted fans:
