OK, help me better understand.
Are you saying that with no movement, none of the lights are lit?
Is the pack fully charged?
What pack are you using?
What servos are you using?
A little more informtion is needed.
ORIGINAL: wheels down green light

I have a voltwatch mounted in my Rascal 110, when I move any control surface the voltwatch lights up. The yellow and the lower red led flashes as well the green leds. I have checked all conections and polarity on the on board battery pack.

Any ideas are welcome
