4.5 hours invested now, still haven't flown a plane on FSOne due to a variety of issues. The primary one is - I unplugged my 9303 TX from the USB thingy while the soft ware was running. Maybe that was a huge no-no. However, there is warning about it on the card or at the support website(s). Since that moment, I have been unable to get my Tx to control any of the sliders or anything else. I have restarted, downloaded patch, deleted .cal files, tried different Tx, all to no avail.

I dunno, would it have been too much to ask to pay somebody overtime to work the tech phone line on the weekend FSOne arrived at Hobby Shops?
