Thank you, riotgear and MSelig for your quick replys. Yes I had disconnected all USB devices and it still gives error. I will look for latest USB MB driver. And also when I connect or disconnect the usb interface at my computer USB port it does give me a tone. and I checked the game controllers via the control panel and do see that it is listed as, "8 axis 0 button device" and its properties does allow me to test it and every control on the TacCon changes its corresponding display... . will get the latest USB 2.0 driver for my MB and check it again ....
