Dude if you are looking for speed an F-22 wwill not cut it, wayy to draggy.

If you want speedm go for a Yellow Starfire, Dynamax Fan, OS .91 and a JMP II pipe. That's about as fast as you will find nowadays, unless you are lucky enough to find a BVM Agressor or a BVM Viper.

Some pusher models are pretty fast. A Ducted Fan F-15, F-16, F-18 will probably be just a little bit faster if at all., however they are wayy cool to fly.

Go get a Starfire.
