Default RE: JKA still in business???

Here's my JK Aerotech P-47. It's built for 2548, using the longer wingspan N wing, she's 47 inches span, I built her pretty much stock except for just a couple of minor mods I made. It's running a Norvel 25 with a 10-3, and when she was new, she weighed in just over the minumum weight of 3 pounds, 4 ounces. It launches easy and flies well. It's also quite tough, as I had a battery failure when she was nose down full bore, when straight in to the hard baked Texas dirt from about 100 feet or so. We never found the throttle servo, but the airplane was intact fro the win leading edge back, the forward fuse was in 4 large chunks, and the coro was ripped. About 1 hours worth of work with epoxy and PU glue, plus dry time and touch up, and she was ready to fly again.

The plane in the background is a Hattrick RC Zero..it's a great bird too..
