Hi Michael, no, looks like nothing is helping, I uninstalled the program and re-installed it, reinstalled the MB USB 2.0 driver, only other devices I have plugged in are my printer and scanner, both (USB) and a flight yoke (Virtual Pilot Pro) along with rudder pedals but they are connected to the game port on the Soundblaster board. I unplugged them all and the only device hooked up is this usb interface. As mentioned before, the only screen I ever get trying to run the program is the error message window I see no other screen displays. I will play a little with it today and if nothing good happens I will call support tomorrow I am wondering if maybe something is wrong with this USB interface box, it is a dongle isn't it ???
