Hi Brian, I assume you might be talking about the registry. I have done some simple editing to the registry before, so when you figure out what has to be done, lets give it a try.... Thanks... Manny
Manny,
I believe that I have a fix for your problem, and I started writing out the instructions, but it's a bit too involved to post and I think it's best to talk through the problem with customer service so as to avoid any registry problems. However, I will talk with FS One customer service reps early on Monday morning (Oct-16th) and fill them in on the solution so they can pass it along to you or other users that call in for help.
This issue is quite rare (in fact, we never saw it in a year and a half of testing), but unfortunately not rare enough. I have heard of a similar problem with other sim USB interfaces so it seems no one is immune and we all encounter this on rare occasions. It appears to be a Windows-related (registry) issue and is not anything particular to FS One or the USB interface.
If, after speaking with FS One customer service, the fix does not work for you, please post again and I'll look deeper into things. If the fix does work for you, please post so we know it worked out well.
Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
