as far as the motor "flooding out" thats probably b/c the plug doesnt get hot enough on its own making it seem like its flooding. I found with the proper plug, fuel and carb settings, there shouldnt be a whole lot of difference in rpm with or without the glow heat on. (maybe a few RPMs)
