Still has a two inch clearence on a two point landing.
It's usual to measure clearance for a taildragger with the fuselage parallel to the ground. When I measured my Skybolt ARF on the cement garage floor, it was parallel. Like it'd be in a two point landing.

Maybe a picture would easier to understand.
