Hi Brian, happy camper here. Just finished up with a call from a Tech Support gentleman by the name of "Mike". He trouble shot my problem via the internet As we talked on the phone. An extremely knowledgeable individual. I now can run the FS_One program and I also see "Hanger 9 FS One v.1" listed in my Game Controller window. Did not take him long at all. He suspects one of the many (and I do mean many) programs on my computer was causing my problem. Although that progam is still on my computer, he did a fix ,so that, the problem won't come back.... Thanks again to, you, Mike and all you guys on this forum that try to help those of us that need help.... I deeply appreciate it ...... Manny
