I agree with Ram. You can't miss it. If you are stuck in first the engine will not spool up to full RPM. The gearing is just a bit too low. My set screw keeps wandering, I think. Because for a while I was stuck in second the whole time. If you are stuck in second then you will not hear the tranny shifting and the engine will spool all the way up.
