i may be wrong but i was told by a reliable source that raidentech and nitroplanes are the same people. and your right, i have read quite of bit of bashing against raidentech for the excat same thing your going thru.

I'm glad you had no issue with NitroPlanes...but I bought their larger version of the P-38 back in June. I had warped tubo covers and missing the plastic oil cooler farings. I have tried to receive my parts from them ever since and as of today, nealy mid Oct., I've still not receivied their replacement parts. I've e-mailed them many times, tried to call them...all you get is an answering machine...and these folks have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...DO NOT...REPEAT...DO NOT GIVE A DA-N about you after they get your money. They e-mailled me twice with a shipping number for my replacement parts...but when I tried to follow up with the shipping numbers they sent me...it was a bad number...they lied to me. If your lucky to get a kit with no issues...your fine...if you receive a kt that is missing or damaged parts...you get nothing from them. Be careful when dealing with NitroPlanes...they suck serious hind wind.
