Well I was able to resolve my own problem. It seems to be that a progam called "Window Blinds" was the cause of the crashing. It is a program used to customize your window's interface. Once disabled the sim ran smoothy.

I just want to say to Brian that I think you are doing a great job. You have alot of people thowing questions your way and you are doing a great job to get to each and every one as kickly as possible.
