few recomendations:
medski martin and wood - skulls
the flaming lips - havent got a clue
the flaming lips - the wand (might want to skip the first 20 seconds)

Iono if those are what your looking for but those are the best I could come up with without getting too rocking like tool, and still having a strong instruments.
