I can only say that I've purchased two ARF's from Nitro. 90" P-38, and a 75.5 Corsair. Both planes were purchased on line, and both kit's arrived in about 4 days for each shipment. There was no damage, and the kit's were packaged with great care to avoid damage when being shipped. In fact, I've never seen better packing. I only talked with them 1 time by phone about the optional retracts they sold and I was told that he could not comment on their quality since he had never used them. He recommended that I purchase a better quality retract for the Corsair. And by the way, I reached someone on the phone the 1st and only time I've ever called. Remember....... the time zone that your are calling from, may not be the same as the one you're calling to.. I haven't built either one as of now due to the on going project of Building my 55% J3 Cub. However, at this point, all I can say about "Nitro Models," is positive. Customer service is not as important when you don't require it. Bob Laine
