Your correct in what you say. You don't need customer service...if it is not requiered. I required it...and I am up early every day. I'ts 5:16 a.m. now...and there is a three or two hour difference in time between California where Nitroplanes is located and Hawaii (depending if it is day light savings time). I never sent one negative word to them in any message by e-mail or left an unkind word by phone message. I was just blown off by them. They sent me an e-mail and requested my warped parts...I sent all of the warped parts to them as requested...and I have proof of shippment. I then received two e-mails over the next few months telling me my replacement parts were being shipped...and they even gave me a shipping number to check. Both times the shipping numbers were false, and I never got my parts. I am now buying fiberglass replacement parts for my kit, and I've filed a complaint with my credit card company.

You had no issues with your kits...I did...and I'm not the only one with problems from this company. Your right...NitroPlanes has no Customer Service...because NitroPlanes does not require it...in how they do business.
