Bobby......I understand your frustration with Nitro Models, and their treatment (or lack thereof) of you. I'm going to call them myself today and see if I can bring your problem to their attention. Things happen and I hope they have an excuse for the way they've treated you. Then again.....what excuse could they have? email is very fast, and no response is inexcusable. I only stated my experience with this company, and yes........I had read several negative comments regarding Nitro Models. In my 47 yrs in this hobby I can't think of any Mfg that is without criticism of some kind.
How they respond to my inquiry regarding your problem will determine my future business with "NM". Bob
